Pinstop imports directly from Google Maps, so you can pull in the places your team already recommends, add your own notes, and start building itineraries the same day. There's no migration project or data-entry marathon — just import, refine, and go.

Yes. Pinstop supports both terminal accounts — shared logins for front desk stations — and individual user accounts for named concierge staff. Everyone works from the same library, and you control who can view, suggest, or edit.

Everything the guest sees is editable: place names, descriptions, cover images, the order of places, the route lines on the map, the itinerary title, and your hotel's contact information. The itinerary is delivered as if it came from your property, not a platform.

Tags let you slice your place library by category, neighborhood, or occasion — so your front desk can filter to 'family-friendly' or 'rainy day' without scrolling through everything. Templates let your head concierge save common itinerary structures that the rest of the team can use as a starting point.

By SMS, email, or a printed handout at check-in. Every print includes a QR code that opens the live itinerary on any device, so the guest can switch between paper and phone effortlessly. The printed version carries your property's branding throughout.
